A real on-site twilight shoot is captured at blue hour with the interior lights on and the home staged to glow, the version to reach for on a flagship listing. A day-to-dusk version converts a daytime exterior into an evening look digitally, which is faster and always labeled as a digital enhancement so the listing stays honest with buyers and within MLS rules.

Real twilight is shot on site at blue hour with the home lit, which gives the most authentic glow. Day-to-dusk is a digital conversion of a daytime exterior into an evening look, which is faster. The day-to-dusk version is always labeled as a digital enhancement.
Is the day-to-dusk image disclosed?
Yes, always. Any digitally enhanced image, including day-to-dusk, is labeled as such so it stays compliant with MLS and AI-disclosure rules and honest with buyers. We do not pass off an edited sky as a real capture.
